Diatomaceous Earth

DE can be taken internally by your pets to assist with internal parasitic control.    Fed daily, food grade Fossil Shell Flour will help to eliminate roundworms, tapeworms, hookworms, whipworms, pinworms and lungworms.  

You can expect roundworms, whipworms, pinworms and hookworms to be passed out within seven days of daily feeding of food grade diatomaceous earth.

Due to the life cycle of these parasites, four to six weeks of regular consumption is recommended to catch egg cycles as DE will not affect the un-hatched eggs.

Lungworms are significantly different and a ninety day course is recommended.

Daily feeding is generally recommended for year round protection of internal parasites and general health and well being.

The daily application in your pets normal diet will result in the consistent presence of DE in their stools.  This will discourage flies from landing on them, laying eggs and hatching more.  This will discourage flies in your area and generally reduce the fly population overall.  

Perma-guard’s Diatomaceous Earth deposit is 89 - 95 percent amorphous silica.  As well as being very high in silica percentage it also contains 15 essential trace minerals including phosphorous, selenium, calcium, sodium, potassium, magnesium, copper, zinc and iron. 

Silica alone is in fact crucial to bones, tendons, skin, cartilage and blood vessels.
