This design was one of the older pupz range designs by Rogz when they came out.  Made from PU on webbing, you can feel the softness. It’s sparkly and shiny and your pup will love it too.  Although now a "discontinued" product line, it is still just as smart and cool as the current range.  If not, cooler!!
